Because these services are created specifically for each client, they cannot be returned once work has commenced.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins
You may request to cancel your order before our astrologer has started preparing your report or consultation.
If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- A refund after deducting any applicable payment processing or administrative fees.
After Work Has Started
Once our team has begun:
- Preparing your astrology report,
- Analysing your birth details,
- Conducting research,
- Creating personalized recommendations,
the order cannot be cancelled.
No refunds will be issued after work has commenced.
Consultation Appointments
If you have booked an online consultation:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled or refunded (less any applicable payment processing fees).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are generally non-refundable.
- Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in the appointment being forfeited without a refund.
Moon & Mind Astro Hut may, at its sole discretion, offer one complimentary rescheduling in exceptional circumstances.

4. Digital Product Policy
All astrology reports, PDFs, downloadable content, and digital products are considered delivered once:
- They have been emailed,
- Made available for download,
- Sent through your customer account, or
- Delivered through any agreed communication platform.
Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned.
No refunds will be issued after successful delivery.

If you experience difficulties receiving your report due to technical issues such as:
- Email delivery failure
- Download errors
- Website problems
please contact us promptly.
We will make reasonable efforts to resend or restore access to your purchased digital product.
8. Satisfaction Policy
Astrology is an interpretive and spiritual practice.
Because interpretations may vary and outcomes cannot be guaranteed, dissatisfaction with:

- Advice,
- Guidance,
- Personal opinions,
does not constitute grounds for a refund.
