As we provide digital astrology services, there is no physical shipping involved. All consultations and reports are delivered electronically.

Delivery Method
Your purchased service will be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- Telephone Consultation
- PDF Report via Email
- PDF Report via WhatsApp (if requested by the customer)
Customers are required to provide accurate contact details, including their email address, phone number, and any other information necessary for preparing their astrological report.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of service purchased.
Typical delivery timelines are:

Appointment Scheduling
For phone consultations:
- Customers will receive confirmation of their appointment after successful payment.
- Consultation time will be mutually agreed upon.
- Please ensure your phone is available at the scheduled time.
If you are unavailable during the scheduled appointment without prior notice, a rescheduling request may be accommodated at our discretion.
Report Delivery
Astrology reports are prepared individually for each customer.
Reports will be sent as PDF files to the email address or WhatsApp number provided during the order process.
Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not receive your report within the expected timeframe.
Customer Responsibilities
To avoid delays, customers should provide:
- Correct Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Exact Time of Birth (if known)
- Place of Birth
- Accurate Email Address
- Correct WhatsApp Number (if choosing WhatsApp delivery)
Incorrect or incomplete information may delay the preparation of your report.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all services within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

- Public holidays
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
No Physical Shipping
Moon & Mind Astro Hut does not sell or ship physical products. Therefore:
- No courier services are used.
- No shipping charges apply.
- No tracking numbers are issued.
All services are delivered digitally.
Failed Delivery
If an email bounces back or a WhatsApp message cannot be delivered due to incorrect contact information provided by the customer, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the details available. Delivery delays resulting from incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.
